Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These Terms govern access to Doocingo's website and CRM. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Doocingo is a multi-tenant property CRM for rental operations (and upcoming sale workflows). Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and the permissions granted inside your account.
Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. The account owner is responsible for activity under their workspace, including team users they invite.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers' data, reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law, or use Doocingo for unlawful purposes.
Customer data
You retain rights to the property, tenant, invoice, and operational data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans (such as Plus, Pro, and Business) may include different limits and module access. Fees, trials, and renewals are described at purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, interfaces, and these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the product or email when appropriate.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Doocingo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the CRM, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
