We use your information to provide and improve Doocingo, authenticate users, enforce permissions, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Each customer company is provisioned as a separate account. Team members only see data for their account according to assigned roles and permissions.

We retain account and operational data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, unless a longer period is required by law.
