Doocingo ("we", "us") provides a property management CRM. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or use the product.
Information we collect
Account data such as name, email, phone, company name, and authentication credentials. Operational data you enter in the CRM — including property inventory, tenants, invoices, vendors, and work orders — stays in your company workspace.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage events may be processed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve Doocingo, authenticate users, enforce permissions, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Account and workspace isolation
Each customer company is provisioned as a separate account. Team members only see data for their account according to assigned roles and permissions.
Cookies and similar tech
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and product preferences. See our Cookies Policy for detail.
Data retention
We retain account and operational data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable by contacting us. Workspace owners can manage team users and roles inside the product.
